The Cry of Christ 2010
On March 24-28, 2010, over two hundred members Halesford Baptist Church came together to offer a dramatic and musical portrayal of the life of Christ to the Smith Mountain Lake and surrounding communities. The Cry of Christ's second year brought several changes, including new characters, additional scenes, fresh music, and mobile stage sets.
Response was overwhelming. Over seven performances, the total number of attendees surpassed two thousand. We cannot thank the community enough for their support and participation. It has been and will continue to be an honor for HBC to present this gift to the community - the story of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The leadership team is currently in the planning stages for TCOC 2011. Please check back here early in 2011, as we will release dates and specifics regarding seating as soon as that information is finalized.
